We are funded by grants from the Department for Education, our Local Authority and the Integrated Care Board. We also rely on applying for further grants and donations to help support families within Swindon. We are a non-profit making company.
We have a Specification Document* with the Local Authority and the Integrated Care Board, which sets out our shared commitment to working collaboratively, with each other and with other local agencies through meaningful Coproduction. This joint approach is central to improving services for children, young people, and families in Swindon.
*The Specification Document provides the framework for how the service will be delivered and monitored. The partnership will operate in accordance with the agreed Service Specification.
The Specification Document also recognises that Swindon SEND Families Voice is an independent Community Interest Company, and affirms our core values of respect, transparency, and honesty.
